Bird Control
We don't kill birds. We change their minds.
Pigeons in the roof, droppings down the wall, and bird lice biting you in your own bed. We remove the nests without harming a single bird, treat what they left behind, and seal the building so they can’t get back in. Guaranteed.
Different birds, different problems
Where they nest decides how we get them out. Select a bird to see how we handle it.
Pigeons
The most common problem bird in South Africa and the most stubborn. They nest in roof voids, on ledges and under solar panels, anywhere shaded and sheltered. Their droppings are acidic enough to eat into paint, steel and roof sheeting, and a pair will keep coming back to the same spot for years unless it’s physically closed off.
Roof voids · ledges · solar panels
Seagulls
A Cape coastal reality. They nest on flat roofs and parapets, they’re loud, they’re aggressive over their nests in breeding season, and they’ll block gutters and downpipes with nesting material. Proofing needs to go up before the season, not during it.
Flat roofs · parapets · gutters
Sparrows
Small enough to use gaps you’d never spot: under roof sheeting, behind fascia boards, through a broken eave into the ceiling. One or two are harmless. A colony brings lice, noise and a steady mess.

Remove. Disinfect. Proof.
Chasing birds off a roof achieves nothing while the way in is still open and the lice are still in your ceiling. All three stages, every time.
Bird removal
We take out the nests and the nesting material. We do not kill birds or chicks. Where there are young in a nest, they’re relocated or left until they can leave naturally, and we plan the rest of the work around that.
Disinfection
A nest leaves lice, mites, droppings and whatever the birds were carrying. We treat the area chemically so the space is clean and safe to live under again, and the biting stops.
Bird proofing
Then we close the building up. Spikes on the ledges they land on, netting and mesh across the gaps they use, and attention to the damaged roofing that let them in. This is the stage that makes it last.
From first call to bird-free, in four steps
Inspect & identify
We find the species, the nesting sites and every gap they’re using. Roof, ledges, signage, solar.
Quote upfront
Remove & disinfect
Nests out, birds unharmed, and the area treated for lice and droppings.
Proof & guarantee
We close the gaps behind them. If they find a way back within the guarantee period, so do we. Free.
For Homes
No more bites, no more mess, no dead birds
Bird lice drop out of the ceiling and bite people in bed, which is usually how homeowners find out there’s a nest up there at all. We clear the nest, treat the ceiling and seal the roof, without harming a single bird. Evenings and weekends at no extra charge.
- No birds or chicks harmed, ever
- Lice treatment included as standard
- R0 call-out fee within 25 km of Cape Town
For Businesses
Protect the building, the stock and the front entrance
Warehouses, retail, restaurants, office parks and body corporates. Acidic droppings eat into paint, steel and roof sheeting, block drains and put customers off before they reach the door. We proof the structure, work around your trading hours, and leave you with the paperwork your health inspection needs.
- Discreet, after-hours installation
- Safety certificates for health inspections
- Spikes, netting and mesh matched to the structure
Good questions, straight answers
Anything else on your mind? Call us on 067 743 2959, we’re happy to talk it through.
Do you kill the birds?
No. Not the adults and not the chicks. Where there are young in a nest, we relocate them or wait until they can leave on their own, then carry on with the work.
What about the bird lice?
Bird lice are usually the reason people call us in the first place. Removing the nest on its own doesn’t fix it, so every job includes a chemical treatment of the affected area.
How long does bird proofing last?
Proofing is a physical barrier rather than a deterrent, so as long as the roofing and the fittings stay sound, the birds stay out.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes. We always guarantee your satisfaction. Simply call us and we’ll be out as soon as possible at no additional charge.
